 External Royal Sealer is a premium quality water based sealer with excellent alkali resistance and fast drying properties for interior & exterior use.

 External Royal Sealer is ideally suited for new and old surfaces, porous and chalking surfaces that can be located either in the interior or exterior of the buildings e.g. cement, brickwork, plaster, asbestos, etc.
Recommended Dry film Thickness 30 ~ 35 microns
Drying times Touch Dry : 15 - 30 minutes
Recoat Min : 1 hours
Theoretical coverage 9 – 12 m² / liter per coat

 
Application Method Brush/ Roller/Spray Gun
Mixing Ratio (by volume) The paint is ready for use after proper stirring. If thinning is required, water may be added up to a max 5%.
Thinner / cleaner Water
Surface Preparation Surfaces must be dry, clean, sound and free from any loose material, dirt, grease or wax.

 
Storage The product should be kept in a cool and well ventilated place protected from direct sunlight. Container must be kept tightly closed.
Handling Handle with care. Stir well before use.
